आत्ताच्या या काळात आपण सगळेच लॉक डाउनमुळे ब्रेक वर आहोत. आधीच कंटाळा आलाय, कामही व्यवस्थित होत नाहीयेत, मग अजून कसला निराळा ब्रेक हवा? अगदी बरोबर!  मायक्रो ब्रेक म्हणजे 5 ते 10 सेकंदांचा छोटासा ब्रेक किंवा विश्रांती.. आता ही का आणि कशाला घ्यायची ते आपण जाणून घेऊया.. ओव्हर ऑल आत्ता आपलं लाईफ पाहिलत तर आपण एरवी पेक्षाही खूप बसून आहोत. घरातील काम सोडून बाकीचा वेळ एकतर ऑफिसच वर्क फ्रॉम होम किंवा टीव्ही पाहणे किंवा वाचन किंवा मोबाईल वापरणे यातच जातो आहे.  जर तुम्ही बारकाईने पाहिलत तर ही सगळी कामं एकाच ठिकाणी किंवा एकाच स्थितीत बसून किंवा उभं राहून करायची आहेत.   म्हणजे उदाहरणार्थ, जेव्हा आपण कॉम्प्युटर वर काम करत आहोत तेव्हा मान एकाच स्थितीमध्ये खूप वेळ राहते. म्हणजे अॅक्चुली मानेच्या स्नायूंचा ग्रुप सारखा सारखा त्याच दिशेने आणि तेच तेच काम करत राहतो. यामुळे मानेच्या मसल्स वर ताण येऊन ते दुखावले जाऊ लागतात. आपण जागेवरून जरूर उठतो पण साधारण दीड-दोन तासाने. पाणी प्यायला /जेवायला/वॉशरूम ला जायला पण हा सगळा ब्रेक सारखा घेता येऊ शकत नाही. अर्थात हा ब्रेक ही स्नायूं...
